Services

Sean

Lead Youth Worker & Project Leader

I became a leader in charge after completing an DipHE in Youth and Community work, planning, delivering and evaluating projects in Haslemere and Godalming. Also, I have worked in PRUs and as a TA in a SEMH school and within care homes.

Dominique

Centre Manager

I have been a part of the Crossover team for nearly 3 years working as their administrator. Also, I have recently took on the role as Centre Manager and both jobs are very fulfilling, fun, and rewarding! Furthermore, the thing that I enjoy most about my job is seeing the positive impact that our Youth Workers have on the young people within our community.

Claire

Youth Worker

I’ve been a Youth Worker for over 40 years. Also, I love getting to know young people and at Crossover we could be working with them from Year 5 up to their early Twenties- what a privilege. Apart from youth work, I’ve been a jilleroo in Central Australia and was a backing singer on Contemporary Folk Record of the Year in the mid-Seventies!

Sarah

Youth Worker

I’m Sarah and I started volunteering with a youth group in Guildford back in 2007 and that’s how I became a youth worker. The thing I enjoy most about youth work is hanging out with the young people and trying to win at Mario Kart, which sometimes does happen.

Suzy

Youth Worker

I’ve been working at Crossover for 2 and half years, and it’s an absolute pleasure working with all of our young people and watching them grow and teaching them new skills. Also, In my spare time I love to play netball and I enjoy activities that are high in adrenaline… a sky dive, a bungee jump, the more daring, the better.

Nell

Youth Worker

I am the newbie in the team and am looking forward to a future in Youth Work and When not injured I enjoy spending my spare time quad skating with my family at the skatepark. Also, I also love music festivals and gigs and am partial to a craft fair or market of any kind. I also like to get lost in the woods with my dog Nutkin and spend time at home ‘kitchen witching’ balms and edibles.

Victoria

Youth Worker

I’m fairly new to The Crossover team. Since leaving university I have always worked within the care and education sector and my last job involved teaching independence and life skills to young disabled adults. Furthermore, I don’t have much time for hobbies these days as my three young boys take up most of my time, but when I do get the chance I love to bake to de-stress.
